Three easy steps
You don't buy beef one steak at a time here. You buy part of a cow, and it all comes back cut, wrapped and frozen.
- 1
Pick a size
A half, whole or quarter cow. Not sure? Most families go with a half.
- 2
Choose your cuts
Pick steaks, roasts and burger, or let Jill help you by email. Quarters come with a set mix.
- 3
Pick it up
Grab your frozen boxes on a Monday in Seville. No cooler needed.
Even the hay is ours
We cut and bale our own hay, so our cows eat grass from our land all year long. No feedlot, no mystery feed.
Pick your share of the cow.
Every size comes cut, wrapped, labeled and frozen. Prices are close estimates since every cow is a little different, and Jill confirms the exact number before pickup.
It works out to $8 a pound with cutting, wrapping, labeling and freezing included. Hold your order with a $300 deposit by Zelle to bartonbeef, then pay the rest at pickup. Pay cash and save $100.
A freezer full of good nights
One order covers steak night, burger night, taco night and Sunday supper for months. One family told us a quarter lasts them about 3 months.

Four generations of Florida cattle.
Two teenage brothers drove the family herd about 100 miles from Fort Christmas to Haw Creek in Flagler County, then camped in the woods for seven months so the cows wouldn't wander home.
One of those boys was Jeremy's grandfather. Jill and Jeremy carry it on, raising the same kind of cattle on the same kind of land.

“Much better than grocery store beef and we did the math, it's cheaper for what you get by a lot.”
This was the first time I ever ordered beef in bulk. I was impressed with the cuts, the taste and even the packaging. Besides that, they are very nice people!
Top quality beef raised by top quality people. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be coming to Barton for our beef from now on.
Did my first 1/4 cow and it is amazing! Love supporting local farmers and my family eating natural.
