BEST BEEF EVER! We have ordered a quarter cow twice and love the taste and freshness. MUCH better than grocery store beef and we did the math, it's cheaper for what you get by a lot. A quarter cow lasts our family about 3 months and just barely fits in our standard size freezer. We love Barton Beef and will order again!
